Facing Cancer Head On
On July 24, 2009 my husband, 43 years old, suffered a black-out and after numerous CT scans and MRIs displayed a mass on his brain. A 98% resection revealed a Glioblastoma brain cancer. This is our life with brain cancer. Our lives have changed. Our life is so different. There is no manual out there available to walk you through this unbelievable, wild journey. I am hoping what I share on this blog will provide someone else, patient or caregiver, going through brain cancer to find some comfort, knowing they are not alone and the "roller coaster" ride is all part of the process.

My dad had a glioblastoma nearly 15 years ago. I don't believe cancer changes people, it just brings out the best in them. I'm adding you to my prayer list!
