That would totally happen in this house...and does, even without contractors, anyone they don't know or even if they do know them and they haven't been here for awhile ,and you wouldn't think a cat lived here. Then when they feel no threat is imminent they slowly start to show themselves. I enjoy your blog a lot, for one thing I am also a cancer survivor like your husband, and secondly, I work for a vet! They are truly special people.
Life goes better with cats.
I love cats. You can always imagine what they are thinking, and whatever you imagine there is always a tone of defiance and sarcasm. hahaa
